Tip 9: Drink lots of water.

Dehydration is the number one trigger of daytime fatigue. Avoid colas and other soft drinks. Drinking alcohol affects judgement and its use is now considered unprofessional during working hours. Try chilled sparkling water mixed with fresh fruit juice.....a really refreshing combination.

Tip 10: Learn to exercise

OK so we are biased, but we have chosen this lifestyle for a reason. Exercise has been proven to be more effective in increasing your feelings of wellbeing than almost any other form of therapy, drugs or otherwise. What's more, you can work out in private in our Studio, whenever there is an appointment free.
