Tip 5: Eat regular meals

Start the day with a simple breakfast. Try and have your meals on a regular basis through out the week, and avoid taking lunch on the run.

Tip 6: Pace yourself

Rushing. hurrying. and being available to everyone is a major contributor to raising stress levels. Plan your day ahead, and be firm about taking on more work than you can realistically cope with.

Tip 7: Finish one job before you start another

Concentrate and complete one job at a time. By completing one task successfully you will feel good about yourself. Failing to complete many tasks will only lower your self esteem

Tip 8: Take time for yourself

Learn simple time management skills, and include time out for yourself. This can be as simple as taking a proper lunch break, or relaxing at home with a hot bath.
