Personal training sessions are made up many different techniques such as cardio training (inside and outdoor), resistance training, boxercise, kick boxing, pilates, and free weights.

Balanced Training Sessions
Personal training sessions are one hour long, this is to ensure you work both an aerobically and anaerobically in your programme. This means that you burn both fat and improve muscle indurance and strength at the same time.
