Our Method

Our service is what it says it is. One-to-one, discreet and truly personal. Each training session is carried out in the privacy of your own home, gym, or studio, by a fully qualified and experienced personal trainer. No intimidating body builders in sight. Just you and your personal trainer working to achieve your fitness goals. We use simple physio and cardio methods, along with basic diet and life coaching techniques, to improve your overall levels of fitness and well being.

We always carry out full personal fitness assessments and consultations before any training programmes commence.We structure our sessions to take account of your current fitness levels and to ensure you enjoy, and take pleasure, from the experience of keeping fit.

Training sessions can be carried out individually or collectively in the comfort of your own home or gym....... Regular One-on-One Personal Training helps tone muscles, controls weight, and aids in coping with daily stress.
