We are able to offer specially designed one-on-one, or group fitness programmes for the corporate clientele, either at their place of work, or at our fitness studio.

We devise and teach in-house Pilates courses, which are seen as one of the latest techniques in business development and stress reduction techniques.

These types of sessions have been found to be particularly beneficial in terms of increased efficiency, reduction of workplace stress, and a greater work life balance.
